TRANSPARENCY AND EQUAL PAY REPORTS
2024
In compliance with Law No. 14.611/2023 and its regulations, we hereby present the results of the Pay Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Report. While this report reflects our commitment, we wish to clarify that the statistical data on salary differences presented by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) was extracted from the 2022 RAIS database. Furthermore, they do not effectively indicate discriminatory practices between men and women who perform the same job roles.
This data only reflects differences between groups of occupations or positions and not between identical roles. For men and women who perform equivalent roles, the Company regularly complies with Article 461 of the CLT.
